I found the staff friendly and accommodating. They readily addressed my needs. The inclusion of access to the Wild Wadi Waterpark provided an enjoyable activity. I was pleased with the convenient buggy service for transportation within the extensive resort premises.
I experienced a minor delay during the check-in process.

Our Arabian Beautiful room provided comfortable accommodation with daily servicing. Toiletries were replenished regularly. The bathroom had both a separate shower and bathtub, offering convenience. I also found two sinks very useful .

Underwhelming Experience. Service Needs Improvement

The shower only had very hot or very cold water. That was a problem. The AC did not work properly. My ocean view was limited because of a wall. The staff was not willing to give us an upgrade, even with my Genius3 status. I was very disappointed.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues Noted
poor servicepaint fumes
I found the service inconsistent, and the staff was undertrained. The central call system within the hotel was unhelpful (it was difficult to get through). the air conditioning in the corridors did not work, and there were overwhelming paint fumes because of painting without ventilation. My room was not ready until 45 minutes after the stated check-in time, cutting into the time I had paid for.

The staff were helpful, always ready to assist with any request. i particularly appreciated the complimentary beach bag. It was a thoughtful touch. the boat transfers were efficient.

The breakfast buffet offered fresh and tasty options. It was excellent. hanaaya restaurant provided a very nice ambience and food variety. chef jano wassouf offered extreme cooperation making my gathering very successful.

The hotel is part of a complex. You can use some of the other hotels' facilities. the infinity pools provide fantastic views while you have a laid back holiday atmosphere. thoughtful amenities like sunscreen and iced water were available on the beach.

Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The service happens every day. the ocean view rooms offer full views of the sea. Most have full views and some partial. two times per day, staff made beds and changed hand towels.

The hotel has an excellent location. It faces away from the city towards the sea. the madinat souk is minutes away. It features a range of shops and restaurants. it is an very nice peaceful oasis in a modern area! though the parking was expensive.
